My father was only five foot five inches tall, but I have always been more attracted to men who were closer to six feet tall. Their height allows me to wear heels and still look shorter than they are.
Years ago when I was active in a singles ski club, there were a group of us ladies sitting back watching the men play volleyball. One of the women had just become engaged to one of the guys we were watching. She took a deep breath and sighed “Isn’t he scrumptious? Look at his long legs!”
Of course we all laughed, though he was good looking, none of us thought he was “sigh-worthy!” I don’t believe he was more than 5’8″ either. She just happened to be 5’1″, so of course he was tall according to her perception.
