Likes to Read: Them: Yes ___ No ___
I previously mentioned that reading is one of my ultimate pleasurable past times. I believe it also keeps a mind open and active.
Reading of any nature is an expansion of intellect and awareness. My mother read romance novels every moment afforded her. She knew more about places she had never been that people who had actually lived there. She had a curiosity for knowledge and a thirst for a world she agreed to observe rather than participate in the world.
It wasn’t until my early twenties that I began to enjoy reading. I found it amusing to think that after college anyone would be inclined to read anything. I currently have five books that I am reading. I choose my reading material depending on my mood and my mental alertness.
Is this a crucial criterion? Not particularly, but it does make it more interesting to share what each has been reading from to time.
Friends of mine choose a relationship book each month and take turns reading a chapter to each other every night. Now, that’s nice!
