One of my favorite events is home entertaining. It’s more intimate; you don’t have to be subjected to having a waiter interrupt your conversations or other parties being too noisy. It is easier to plan because you’re not dependent on so many outside forces, like reservations, the atmosphere of the restaurant or whether timing is crucial. I specifically enjoy bringing four people together that have never met and witnessing the results. It’s a pleasure for me to be the catalyst for people to have a great time.
